8D i'm back~ yay~~~~

so yeah, i didn't really want to spend time making an entry while i was away, and I didn't really have the time to either anyway. There's always something better to do, something more exciting, something...else, when you're on vacation.

Remington was sick for like, a good portion of the trip, which turned out to be a mixed blessing. Aside from me running erands for him/us, i had fun staying indoors and just relaxing after 8 months of intense firehose education. =..= the laundromat lady probably thinks we're like, totally living together though. I mean...well...yeah. *coughs* I blame Rem.

Got to see many places i've never been to before! Even though I was born and raised there!
such places include:
-central
-admiralty
-causeway bay ***
-Stanley (super tourist location with rocks you can sit on and watch the waves!)
-the Peak's new shiny malls
-the Peak's walky trails both around (3km long!! >..< ) and down the side of the mountain
-Tsuen Wan (i went shopping there~~! <3 bought lotsa stuffz)
-Tai Koo Sing (that mall with the dinosaur exhibit? ) actually maybe i've been there as a kid?
-various museums (art, science, space, heritage/history...did i miss some?)
***(which wasn't really a bay, and i only went there to this 13-storey high japanese department store to pick up my KareKano comic books at $47 HKD a piece)


we also went to movies =3
like Jay Chow's Initial D. Rem read subtitles muahahaha. But the movie was actually cool and fun =3 never seen the anime but the music was cool too.

also saw War Of The Worlds. I know people won't like it, but i liked it. The ending does kind of suck in our standards yeah, but I've found ways to enjoy it and appreciate it for what it is. Had a good discussion over this with Remy as well~

what was the third movie we saw =P ( ??? ) Oh yes! Fantastic Four. it wasn't horrible, but it wasn't X-Men either. You see why i've forgotten about it.


Overall it was a really, really cool trip. It was the first time I had a vacation with a beloved. =) the only other thing remotely similar was last year's Crazy Bunch skii trip to Big White, but then that was just friends and not like, y'know, Rem. *kyaaa~~*

I think I did get a little bit of a Rem overdose towards the end though. spending 27/4 with someone for 30 days was a first for me. *twitch~*

but i came home and miss him lots. bah >..< fie~ *chases away thoughts*
